"Good hotel but to bad the hot tub is not hot enough and there's an another customer also complained about that"

"The staff were welcoming and fulfilled additional requests such as green tea and coffee cream late at night. The break fast was good with with abundant choices."

"AVIOD this Hotel unless its an emergency and you just need a bare minimum place to lay your head. The property is not managed very well. THe matress feels like a BED OF BRICKS with a sheet over them. The evevator seems very unsafe,the rugs in the main hallways are dirty and when you turn the AC on in the room the air smells like Mildew. I voiced my concerns with the manager Abdullah and his response was basicaly "Oh well... we'll do better next time" and he offered me some losy points which I did not accept. ONLY STAY AS A LAST RESORT! "

"This hotel had more of a resort feel to it. Everything was welcoming and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were extremely nice. There is also a friendly restaurant next to the lobby. The attached banquet hall and conference center look inviting. The hotel staff, including Leticia at the front desk, were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location is near main expressways, shopping and dining. I plan on staying here again."

"Hot tub was hot, room wasn’t cleaned on time, checked in and had to wait outside my room for it to be done getting “cleaned” the room smelled like an old attic, they didn’t change the toilet paper after seen it was a little and didn’t change the body wash, shampoo or conditioner "
