"I love this hotel . stay here every time we come into town . only issue this time was our room did not have hot water in the shower and as many times as they came up and tried to fix it. It went right back to cold . other than that very comfortable easy access to everything you need. Definitely stay here again."

"We checked in around 9 PM and were placed in a room with no working air conditioning nor working stove, which was not great because we brought food we wanted to make on the stove. Also, there was an issue at check-in because the employee did not tell us of the security deposit, so we had to walk the flights of stairs multiple times because the only elevator did not work. Very annoying! The first night in our original room was humid and difficult to sleep, so the next morning we brought up these issues and were relocated to a different room. We were appreciative, but wondered why we were put in a subpar room to start with. After those issues, our final night was interrupted when the fire alarm went off and we were forced to evacuate. I know this is no fault of the staff, but we lost at least 90 minutes of sleep we desperately needed with a travel day the next morning! Breakfast was good but there were no bowls nor forks on our first morning. Food was good but refilling it was a little slow. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as some other places. Due to these inconveniences, we would not stay here again. There are other options that do not have these issues and we would like to take our business elsewhere. We felt like the cost was too high for the experiences that we had and would like a refund of some sort due to our terrible time. Staff helped as best they could but we shouldn't have to bring up these issues for a hotel that costs $125 to $150 a night! Disappointed!"
