"Awesome jacuzzi and customer service "

"This hotel is perfect for a stay before and/or after a flight from O’Hare airport. You would definitely not stay here for a vacation as leaving the property is difficult and not near anything but it’s serves its purpose perfectly for an airport hotel that you can walk right to the airport, no shuttle necessary "

"Staff were nice and facility were in very good condition, the thing that i didn’t like that my room have no view at all the only window were shaded not sure why!!! And the breakfast not worth the charge, very limited selection. "

"Service was excellent, very close to airport. Has a nice bar, restaurant and starbucks inside. Only issue was that the bathrooms in the towers are VERY small and inconvenient. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located. I booked a king room and it was very good! Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and very spacious room! The rooftop restaurant has a fascinating view. I enjoyed my stay at Canopy! Unfortunately, there were no bath robes available, so keep it in mind:)"

"I’ve stayed at this property twice to attend concerts at Allstate Arena. It’s right off the highway and not too far from Allstate. It’s very clean, free parking, very comfortable beds and comfy pillows!!!"

"We reserved this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub was out of order for our duration. Disappointing, but things happen. The service was fantastic and the rooms were nice. "

"It was a really nice stay. we had the king size bed room. It’s a really nice hotel. The only reason I took one star off was because the bed was very firm and about knee-high and the pillows were also very hard. I don’t know if they have rooms that have softer beds, but for that reason, I would never stay there again."

"Everyone was pleasant and the bed was so comfortable! Only downfall was my room didn’t cool enough for my liking and I had the AC on. "

"The restaurant downstairs was quite good. The hotel staff were above and beyond, they tied up my various charging cables neatly with cable ties, which I find very handy indeed. The hotel is across the street from Google and very close to the Guiness Brewery and the Fulton Market area. Lots of food choices."

"Our favorite hotel. We love the balcony and views. I wish the had at least a nightlight on the balcony and if you stay be ready for a long walk to your room. However the walk with luggage is worth the effort once you get there. Great amenities and employees. "
