Can’t say enough about how nice this hotel was. Great service, nice amenities, spacious room with a very comfy bed, gym complete with a peloton bike. I was sad to have to cut my trip short due to weather, but they were gracious about even that!

NO & the staff member Paolo was great at his part. However my 1st initial room that I had didn't work out due to a nasty odor in it. Then we were shown a couple more rooms to see how to make this better. Well the final room that we had to pick wasn't all the great either. So my wife & I had to settle for what it was.

We have stayed at the Hyatt in Lisle every year. It's a good location, clean, friendly staff, nice lounge in the lobby area There is morning coffee by the front desk. Good restaurants nearby in Lisle, Naperville and Downers Grove. Since Covid you do have to request house keeping to come in. All in all an excellent hotel.

The staff were very nice and helpful. But the property is extremely outdated! The mattress was filthy, the tub was stained and dirty, the water backed up in the tub as you took a shower (so unsanitary), the toilet was stained and dirty also, all the furniture is chipped and mismatched! The property as some potential, it just needs to be remodeled! It’s in a very nice neighborhood.

did not eat there. staff friendly. room clean. pool great. 2 of 3 treadmills not working at all. was facing away from I88 but somehow was so noisy all night. i usually stay in a room facing I88 and have not had issues with outside noise. no room service. i do not like that at all.
