"I like this hotel, absolutely center of downtown Chicago Loop. Many bars, restaurants, tourist activities & my favorite..The Chicago Art Institute. Good public transportation via taxi, bus or commuter trains. Go ahead and enjoy the Windy City !!"

"We had a good stay overall! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was definitely a highlight—it was within walking distance of many restaurants, attractions, and other places we wanted to visit, which made getting around very convenient. The room and some of the hotel areas do look a little outdated, but everything was comfortable enough for our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider coming back again!"
