"As someone who has stayed at several hotels around the world, I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities. Having plenty of outlets in the room, along with a fridge and microwave, made my stay so much more convenient. THE WATER STATIONS in the hallways were fantastic, and I loved having access to 24-hour coffee and tea. The downstairs lounge was also a great option when I wanted a quiet place to relax without staying in my room. And the location? Everything was exceptional! All of the staff members at Central Loop Hotel, a Club Quarters Hotel, were wonderful, but I especially want to recognize Adrian, who worked the morning shifts on the 1st and 2nd. She was so kind and had the most upbeat personality! I often come across people who are so professional that it can sometimes feel a little stuffy, but Adrian’s professionalism had pizzazz. She was warm, welcoming, energetic, and incredibly professional. She truly stood out and made my stay even better!"
