「非常差，很多房间都有狗吵死了」

「First off do not go through Expedia; the hotel supposedly could not tell me how much the nightly rate was when I called because it was booked through a “third party” and then the hotel charged me an additional 500$ (nightly Resort Charge + tax) when we checked out after I paid for the resort and plane tickets in full before we left. Parking was horrendous and crazy expensive. Key West is not all it’s advertised to be.」

「W Hotel Miami 非常美麗, W Hotel Fort Lauderdale 太嘈」

「服务态度很好！别墅安静整齐」

「Good location, but the room we had on the porch, was right by some big dumsters, that were used very frequently all through the night - making a lot of noise. Room was fine but needed renovation (broken tiles and blinds etc., matress very (too) soft. Staff was nice and offered us the use of pool facilities after our 10 AM check-out and also let us keep the car in the (free) parking for some hours. 」
