"Hotel is older But in excellent condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. We used the van shuttle it be picked up and taken to the train station. It’s a great service. The drivers were very helpful and friendly. We will stay at this hotel again next time we visit Springfield."

"Property was good, room was good, breakfast was served without milk as "the delivery truck is on its way" - no milk for coffee, no milk for cereal - a grocery run for a $4.99 jug of milk would have saved them from this fail but nobody bothered. Also trains passing through town use horn in the middle of the night. Not fault of the hotel but something to consider for light sleepers."
