"At check-in, we noticed the garbage can in the lobby overflowing with garbage. The ladies bathrrom in the lobby had 4 stalls; one with no TP, another where the door didn't close, toilets barely flushed. .Upon entering the room, we found a dirty toilet. They did come clean it. Very little soap/shower get. I don't think the breakfast eggs were actually eggs, but there were other options (yogurt, bagels, toast, fruit and basics) that were good. Nice staff. Wouldn't return."

"Room was clean but small updates would make this 5 Star. E.g. toilet seat needs to be replaced. It's probably clean, but bleach spots/discolorations makes it feel unclean. Also, the thermostat for the HVAC was not functioning correctly. Had it set to 70 degrees but we were sweating. Actually had to turn the AC on when outdoor temps were in the 30s and 40s. Meanwhile the hallways were COLD. The pool was murky and cloudy. After about 30minutes my kids complained that their skin was stinging. Sounds like too much chlorine. "

"Conveniently located near the business district area of Springfield and centrally located not far from some of the major sights of Springfield, this hotel is an ideal place to stay while visiting Springfield. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the beds and pillows were softer than what I prefer but they were adequate. The amenities were good for the rate. They have a small fitness center which was adequate for my need. The complimentary breakfast had a decent variety to choose from. The customer service was good. My only issue was the room AC/ Heater control. When on heat setting, even at a low temp, the room got pretty hot. So the thermostat needed to be on Cool at a high temperature. Other than, no issues and I would stay here again. "
