"We were happy with the room except for the chair that was really wobbly, the legs on the chair were loose, we asked for a different one because we were afraid that it would fall apart if you sat in it. Never received a replace and no one came to check it out. Accident waiting to happen. "

The only complaint that I have is that it took forever for the heat to actually warm up when I got to the room it was off and then it took a couple of hours to get it up to 65 even but I still love the room and take a visit to the hot tub, which is really nice and warm, but the bubbles didn’t work but still had a great time."
