「We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. 「Kendra was wonderful, but she was the highlight of the visit. The website advertises complimentary wine upon check-in as well as a host a amenities. We were expecting a 4 or 5 star experience given the enormous price paid for a single room. There was no wine offered at check-in. The jacuzzi was broken. The mini-golf and outdoor activities were not useable...no balls, a completely un-maintained area, etc. The room was nice, but staring up at the HVAC vents showed spider webs and dust. ...
