The staff are incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. LOVE the room, it's comfort and the old style appointments. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel could do with an upgrade. Dingy carpets, noisy fridge that had to be removed so I could sleep, no fan in the bathroom. Also they charge you $22 to park in their purpose built car park! What the hell!! That is such a blatant rip off, it’s not like they have to lease the space from the city."
