「Great」

「This is a very pleasant resort-type hotel in Rohnert Park. Even if you are not into golf or gambling, both of which are very accessible, this is a delightful hotel to stay in. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great. We very much enjoyed sunning by the pool and the hot tub was great for relaxing. The restaurant is also very good with diverse options and great taste.」

「The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean you could smell the bleach as you walk in the door. The parking was a little bit iffy. There were only two handicap spots at the entrance of the hotel lobby. There should be a few more. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable during the day, at night it was spotty. 「The room was a bit tired looking and smelled heavily of Febreze. There was an okay little kitchenette but you have to pay to have any utensils. Refrigerator was useful, though. On the whole, the property needs a bit of TLC.」

I informed the front desk that I have a mold allergy and was moved to a different room, only to find that the second room also had visible mold in the shower. The rooms felt poorly maintained and not up to the standard I expected. 「I gave this 5 stars, though not like 5 stars for a Ritz Carlton. But for a quick over nite or two, this little motel was great. Very clean, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 2 small dogs. The bed was extremely comfortable and I’m like the Princess-and the-Pea! The pool area looked lovely but we did not have time to enjoy that. Highly recommend for a reasonably priced accommodation in the area.」
