「We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. 「Beautiful hotel! The entire staff was wonderful and clearly had customer service as their first priority. Anything we needed was attended to promptly. We lounged by the pool, got spa services (which were amazing) and sat out until late at night on our terrace! The hotel is convenient to Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and the Redwood parks. We loved the location and the fact that things were convenient, but not right outside the hotel. We also had a lot of fun in the “secret” pool room!」
