Took an unusually long time for check in. There was no hot water in the room. When I got a cup of coffee in the office, they tried to charge me a dollar. I will not be staying here again.

The staff person was nice, but the lobby area was a total mess with boxes, papers, food for sale scattered all around. From what we could see the hotel is not well kept. Very unpleasant surroundings!

Not perfect, but I would stay again.

This property is consolidating with the Budget Inn next door. Both hotels had check-in in the Rodeway lobby. Staff (owners?) seemed confused and new, but were SUPER nice and apologetic about the situation. The grounds were a disgrace, but the room was very clean. The pool looked lovely and there were kids having a ball in it. I would absolutely stay here again. Great deal for the price.
