"I would recommend this quaint little cottage to anyone who loves being in nature. It was easy to find, quick to access and the communication was fantastic prior to our visit. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple. The dog friendly home is located on a quiet street in the middle of the forest. They even supplied dog bags which was a great touch. When I mentioned this to the staff, their response “sure the further you are from clubhouse, the worst your internet”. But how come they can’t make it better by putting mesh extension to improve it. "It was a wonderful Christmas getaway for the two of us and our two small dogs. This was our first visit but won’t be our last. We did learn that we over packed but I guess that’s normal. Very comfortable, bed was super cozy, just had to get used to the stairs. Loved walking on the beach with the dogs. ❤️"

"Hotel was very comfortable, very clean and hosts were welcoming. Check-in was easy since we arrived during the specified time window. Our special request was honored. We only have one improvement suggestion. The hotel detail indicated "Breakfast Included." It did not say continental breakfast, but that is all that was available. That was a disappointment. No hot food available other than instant oatmeal packs, but a lot of bread and roll choices, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. "

"the Inn at the Tides was a nice stay. Dated, but clean. The pool area was in need of maintenance. My wife thought she booked a room with a deck, but we did not get that :( She called the front desk and was told because we booked with Hotels.com and not directly we could NOT move into a room with deck, even though it was not full. nice trip but will stay somewhere else next visit."
