「I stayed in the “glamping” tents and it was very nice. A touch rural, but very clean and comfortable. Highlight was meeting wonderfully interesting people around the fire pit and pool. Cathy and Izzy were wonderful hosts. 」

「I would recommend this quaint little cottage to anyone who loves being in nature. It was easy to find, quick to access and the communication was fantastic prior to our visit. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple. The dog friendly home is located on a quiet street in the middle of the forest. They even supplied dog bags which was a great touch. The one "complaint" I have would be I wish there were more rugs throughout the cottage. It was rather chilly, but they do have space heaters,...

The front desk tried to locate them, but they had not shown up by the time we checked out. They took the information and said they would follow up to try to locate them. They did locate them and mailed them back to me. Service way above and beyond.」

「It was a wonderful Christmas getaway for the two of us and our two small dogs. This was our first visit but won’t be our last. We did learn that we over packed but I guess that’s normal. Very comfortable, bed was super cozy, just had to get used to the stairs. Loved walking on the beach with the dogs. ❤️」

「Really nicely appointed room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, satellite TV, etc. Josh, the manager was very friendly and informative. Very quiet, view of the ocean, small outdoor space, hot tub on the grou ds - I was very happy with it.」

「The Highland Dell was a very well-kept and pristine property in a beautiful setting in the redwoods along the Russian River. The dining area and menu were excellent. The management and staff were all friendly and accommodating. I will recommend the Highland Dell to all my family and friends.」

「We had a great experience with this hotel. The only thing we found a little odd was that they leave your room open and your key inside the room, which made us a little nervous as two girls arriving quite late. Otherwise the room was great, and the service was great!」

「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」
