We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. 「Amazing customer service with very friendly and attentive staff. Mr. Alan was especially kind. He valet parked our car and made sure we had water waiting for us, which was greatly appreciated. The check-in process was easy and smooth, the rooms were clean, and breakfast service was excellent. Restaurants and everything we needed were close by, making the location very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」

「Exceptional clean and new facility. We booked a 2 bad/2bath suite for our family with 2 adult boys. The location is great too, close to everything. Even we hike in Point Reyes, Novato is one of the best place to stay. Because it is a town with many restaurants and facilities. It is next to hwy 101, and it has easiest driving route between Point Reye and hwy 101. ( The other two are much more winding and hard to navigate). We also like the complimentary continental breakfast. 」
