Moder, clean rooms w/jacuzzi tub and private outdoor deck. In floor heating; no noisy AC unit. Nice grounds to walk with our dog (pet friendly). Host provided outside movie and got a fire going. Hot breakfast (scrambled & sausage) plus good fruit, cottage cheese, yoghurt with usual coffee and selection of teas. Friendly staff who want to help. Property is well off the road and so peaceful. Restaurants are 5-8 mins away but parking is challenging as these are popular.

Stayed here during a birthday/engagement trip. The location was surprisingly ideal, right between Bodega and Petaluma, and was pet friendly which was necessary for us. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and had a warm and homey vibe. My girlfriend at the time was pleasantly surprised and loved it. Staff was amazing the whole time, and very helpful. They really make the place. Enough so, when I proposed on the trip, we were both looking forward to telling Kendra at the front desk. We did not get a chance to see a whole movie with the smores, but even just walking by set a great tone and added to the overall experience. A little pricey, but well worth it. We will definitely stay here again. Make sure to check out the whole property, there's little hidden gems all around. Great getaway from regular life.

We stayed at Sonoma Coast Villa for our 1-year anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The staff greeted us with wine, snacks, and a personalized card — such a thoughtful touch. Our villa was cozy and the bed super comfortable. Kendra was a delight and helped make our stay truly special. We enjoyed playing bocce ball and cornhole, and the location was perfect — close to everything with easy parking. We’d definitely come back for another relaxing getaway!
