「The Stavrand is a beautiful property nestled in the redwoods just a few minutes walk from downtown Guerneville. The front desk and dining room staff were friendly and helpful. We brought kayaks, for which we were shown a safe place for storage. My disappointments were: (1) the swimming pool was quite cold, and the jacuzzi was not very hot and had no operative jets, (2) housekeeping did not come clean our room during our 2-night stay, and (3) the room, though lovely, had no real separation of bed...

「Nice, clean place. But cold…seemed like they were saving money on heat. Especially in the morning.」

「Clean air, good breakfast, Staff is rigid, not flexible, using standard meaningless texting without addressing an issues, close to shopping, Safeway store.」

「Adorable no frills cottage.」

「Pool was out of action pool guy was off. Microwave was not working but the worst was the staff going home at night leaving campers without any recourse in an emergency. Our last night there we were the only campers there ( this was end of August) no staff in sight. All gates into the place was left unlocked and some open. Lots of vagrants around. Felt very unsafe, being we were in tents. Will not be visiting again.」

「design was underwhelming - prefab small houses. Staff was generally unavailable to help solve problems. However, excellent artwork by local artist!!!!」

「Pictures are deceiving. Not worth the price per night.」

「Great place to stay!」

「We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot...

「Loved this boutique hotel! It was so cute and convient to downtown Healdsburg. We loved having the hotel car take us into town for dinner. Our only complaint was that we didn’t have a window covering in our bathroom.」

「cut down on the freebreeze, the room was unbearable」

「This Hotel Trios DOUBLE CHARGED ME the " All Made Up FEES " !!. I paid Expedia the " ALL Charges Included " price . Looks like I will be going to Small Claims Court .」

「good」

「Front desk staff, Donald, greeted us with wine or champagne, unloaded our luggage and valet parked our vehicle and was very personable. Our room was truly spacious with a very comfortable canopy bed, gas fireplace, and jet tub. There was even an old fashioned turn table near the bed, although the vinyl record provided was a bit unusual. We had indicated that we were celebrating an anniversary, and they left us a lovely bottle of wine in our room. Breakfast was included and delivered in a picnic...
