"Amazing time for our honeymoon. Staff was over the top. Karen, Claudia, and Edgar, to name a few were awesome…as well as ALL the staff. Everyone knew you by name and went above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Being all inclusive we were hesitant on how it would be. "Balu Hotel was amazing for our family! We live on the island and wanted to do a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We really appreciated the staff being so kind and welcoming. Loved that our dogs were allowed the rooms allowed easy access for them to go outside. The pool was great - our daughter couldn't get enough of it. The hotel itself was wonderful on its own, and it is in a fantastic district where you can walk to anything your heart desires - restaurants, parks, beaches. Already planning our next staycation here. Thanks for a great stay! "

"My stay was just I needed. This is a small well kept boutique that appears to be family run where they are available at all times for anything that you need. The roof deck while small was very tranquil had a small pool that turns into a Jacuzzi and six or seven last year that were peaceful, great place to relax Very happy with my experience there "
