「Me encantó la ubicación, con una playa hermosa. No me gustó que llegaron muchos jóvenes norteamericanos haciendo borbote hasta las 3 de la mañana y el personal del hotel nunca les dijeron nada, tuve que cambiarme de hotel」

「While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.」

「Lotus: Clean rooms. Front desk is very informative. Taxi service is usually readily available right outside Lotus. They also have their own golf carts to rent. Spa treatment was great. Guru restaurant food at lotus was great (two plates we ordered ceviche and the black angus burger with truffle fries - best truffle fries I’ve had anywhere, ask for the habanero hot sauce it’s delicious) although they close the beach access from lotus relatively early in the evening you still have access to it...

「Property was a nice quiet space away from the party scenes of Cancun but close enough to still have a wonderful time. The amenities in the hotel encourage a cultural immersion atmosphere which allows you to learn about the island, its people, and the history of their behavior patterns (we loved the sunrise walk). Pilates was intense! Somethings to work on: the spa had a non relaxing smell that I would not try given the smell. Only one restaurant open on Sunday night is unacceptable for an all...

「The location is great. Right next to North Garden Restaurant and right across the street from Snappers and a 2 min walk to the beach. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and the staff were helpful. The pool was nice after being at the beach all day. The weightroom had just enough equipment to get a good workout...a little worn out but it served its purpose.」

「Hidden gym. Very clean, well maintained hotel. Desk staff was helpful.and friendly. We had a room facing the back of the hotel so no problem with noise. Room had strong WiFi and air conditioning. The shower had cool water but no hot water. Bed mattess was firm but not uncomfortable. 」
