「We have stayed here a few times. My kids love the water slide & lazy river. We don’t like that they’ve switched to the tiny pool towels that barely suffice for a child let alone an adult. Staff is always helpful & nice. Rooms are always clean & beds are comfortable.」

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...
