"The pool was great, the staff was good. The room was very clean. It was absolutely wonderful for my husband being a handicap person to be able to have a rolling shower and a chair in there. The only problem we had was the sink was literally going haywire like a volcano with black water everywhere it took them almost 2 hours to get maintenance there and to get it cleaned up and we had to be at dinner that night for reservations The fire alarm went off two times during the day the next day around two and three then that night at two in the morning, it went off again and they said it was because of an overflow of a water bilge pump and it took on almost 2 1/2 hours to get the Flashing light fire turned off in our room so we can finally go to sleep But other than that, it was a wonderful weekend and a great hotel"

"Property landscaping was pretty poor, but the rooms were nice. The food was great and the staff was probably the friendliest most amazing group of people I’ve ever encountered traveling. I would definitely stay here again."

"I did not even see a pool. I refused to sleep there and I had to pay for another hotel after they did not submit a refund. I saw people outside doing illegal things and the place is very unclean and disgusting. The pictures that Expedia have are NOT the actual facility. I could not stay there. I feared for my life."

"Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens 18 and 17 - we fully enjoyed the 2 bedroom space - everyone was able to relax and have their own space We travelled without our own car - and were able to use the resorts shuttle to get to grocery stores / coffee shops / Disney springs quite conveniently. Only thing is with having 2600 rooms at the place and many travellers - more shuttles would have been ideal - looks like they will be starting to use an app to request the shuttle - this may be better when it starts up in the future. "
