「We got put in the melia due to an error at the hotel we were supposed to stay at cancelling our booking when we were supposed to arrive. What an absolute blessing in disguise. The wonderful front desk agent was so pleasant to deal with, could tell we were having a bad night due to the other hotels error and even upgraded our room for us! 「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help.
