Find Hotel with a Concierge in Disney's Maingate East, FL

"Fantasy World Resort is a vacation my family loves! It is perfect for families with kids. There is so much to do between the pool, lazy river, slides, splash pad, games etc…. The big screen had music playing on it all day. It has a great vibe to it and the villa we stayed at was close and convenient. The staff took care of us and we will definitely be going back!!! "

"This was one of the most disgusting stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was clearly not cleaned at all. There was hair not only all over the bed, but even on the box spring cover—which is something that should never be exposed, let alone dirty. To make matters worse, there was hair stuck to the shower wall as well. I was so uncomfortable with the condition of the room that I had to go out and buy my own sheets and pillowcases just to be able to lay down. Even then, I barely slept because I couldn’t shake the feeling that nothing in that room had been properly cleaned or sanitized. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a resort. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this place failed miserably. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here."

"Staff is nice. Room was poorly maintained. One of the drawers on the Tv stand would not close and would slide halfway open by itself. "

"Overall beautiful and amazing however the women’s bathroom in the water park had multiple stalls with doors that wouldn’t lock (the locking mechanism was too short, misaligned etc), the paper towel dispenser cover was hanging off, and the waste receptacles in the stalls for feminine hygiene products didn’t have bottoms so there were pads on the floors of multiple stalls. Other than the women’s bathroom, everything else was beautiful and clean. "

"Furniture in our condo was outdated but everything was clean and tidy. Pool area was clean as was pool. "

"The staff was pushy to get people to sign up to timeshare stuff. Our room was very subpar and small. The ac wouldn’t go past 72 f and our sofa bed was broken. We also had a pack and play that was broken "

"Property landscaping was pretty poor, but the rooms were nice. The food was great and the staff was probably the friendliest most amazing group of people I’ve ever encountered traveling. I would definitely stay here again."
