"The staff at the front desk were wonderful at check in, during the stay and during check out. The rooms were clean (housekeeping did a great job!). The pool and Gym facilities were also good!. A note: the rooms could have been better enjoyed if they had a toaster and a microwave."

The most of 5 star hotels in Auckland cannot be compared. ( I live in Auckland.) Only one thing is that the next door is under construction. It will be blocking the left side of the hotel in future"
