「Room is clean and tidy. City view is fantastic. Staff at receptionist is efficient and courteous. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Laundry and dryer in room facilities is great.」

「Near sydney bridge and only 10 mins to tram station」

「The room was spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. The bathtub had a clearly visible crack. No complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the price, Basic items such as smoked salmon and pancakes required an additional charge, which was surprising and poor value for money. In addition, there was only one coffee machine available.」

「Excellent services , good location」

「Our stay was short but enjoyable. The breakfast spread is generous and always a highlight.」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」

「Good location, friendly service」
