Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the way the towels were delivered felt unprofessional and inconvenient."

"The breakfast had so many options. There was a choice of oatmeal, waffles, cereal, fruit, sausage, potatoes etc. The location couldn't be more perfect for people who are visiting the strong museum. The pool area was very clean as were the rooms. The area surrounding the hotel seemed to be "up and coming". It felt super safe. Will definitely stay here again."
