「The place is quite new and the room was clean. The front desk worker was not very professional in appearance. The young man working the desk in the morning was also working the breakfast room. Breakfast room needed more attention to keeping counters cleaned and stocked. It was the most sparse breakfast I have ever seen in a motel. This was our 1 st stay at a Microtel motel.」

Upon entering the room we realized it wasnt the correct room so I asked the front desk and they said that the tub broke 2 days before and nobody had been out to fix the tub. I was not notified so I could maybe change where I was staying and I wasnt told at check-in which is just infuriating. The room we got in exchange was fine but not what I has reserved or paid for. 「The Inn is absolutely gorgeous! We loved its location among the surrounding apple orchard. Our hostess was very welcoming, warm and accommodating. We would return to the Inn and certainly highly recommend it.」

「Quiet and family friendly. Few rowdy campers but nothing too crazy. Fishing was great! The oldest (7 years old) caught his biggest fish ever, a 20-21 inch bowfin!」

「The property was dirty when we arrived making our stay a little uncomfortable. It was sufficient for what we used it for, but that was only because we were out touring the surrounding area for most of the day and only stayed at the home to sleep. The property has great potential, but we would recommend more effort into cleaning up the inside and yard.」

「Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable. Very roomy and warm. Whenever I communicated with owner, she was very responsive. Will definitely be coming back!! Extremely happy with the accommodations. Thank you again for sharing and opening your home with us!! 」

「Hey guys, this place has nothing fancy at all to it. It is quite a good price for a comfortable bed if you need to stay in the area !!! :)」

「Ideally located in Sodus Bay. Short walk to Lake Ontario, historical sites, fishing charters, shopping & dining. Well maintained and abundant rooms made stay enjoyable. 」
