「I’ve stayed at The Lux a couple times now, and have thought it to be just what I needed.」

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「Property was booked for the amenities. Upon arrival we were informed the outdoor pool was closed. Apparently it has been for months. Was not indicated on website when booking. Poolside loungers were available however you had to walk inside to swim. No towels at pool twice. Young children in hot tub at all times we were at pool. Our room was clean although it smelled like stinky cheese. Air conditioner very loud. Restaurant had great view of property. Food was mediocre at best. Wait staff very...
