「Beautiful setting next to idyllic summer lake town. Melanie Soberon, owner was on site during the days. She and her staff were very helpful, recommending local restaurants and points of interest. Will definitely stay here again!」

「Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. However I paid for late checkout in advance and was somehow locked out of my room after 11:000 forcing me to waste time in line at the front desk to get a new key activated. Also staff were unaware of where I should go to refill my room’s water bottle. (Great filtered water at the hotel). But fantastic place to stay for sure.」

「The Lux worked great for us. We had a pup with us, so they placed us near the exit. We liked the location. We spent 3 days exploring the area around Seneca and Cayuga Lake. It was comfortable. We liked that there was a restaurant attached where we ate dinner a couple nights. I will be passing through the area again in a week and am planning on staying there again.」

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「The bathroom had hair around the shower and one outlet was completely sticking out of the wall. The other outlet only worked if the wall switch was turned on from across the room. The last outlet didn’t hold the plugs. Outdated room in need of some tlc. From desk could have cared less.」
