「Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. However I paid for late checkout in advance and was somehow locked out of my room after 11:000 forcing me to waste time in line at the front desk to get a new key activated. Also staff were unaware of where I should go to refill my room’s water bottle. (Great filtered water at the hotel). But fantastic place to stay for sure.」

「I can't say enough about my stay here. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a front staff employee with an amazing personality and smile. She was very helpful explained where everything was and gave maps and handouts for all the fun things to do in the area. Housekeeping staff, kitchen staff and pool staff were very friendly as well, passing by them in the hall, in the breakfast and pool area they also greeted us with a smile and hello. 「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」
