「This is a great resort in South Haven. Staff is really friendly and the rooms are nice. It’s about 2.5 miles to walk to the central part of South Haven for lots of restaurants and bars. I will be back!」

「Historic Building, beautiful hardwood flooring and decor. Feels like your staying at a friends house, instead pf a hotel. Staff is SO nice and helpful. They treated you like family. They offer you a free breakfast from scratch, no buffet and they have it ready for you at the time you designate. It's amazing! On top of that if you are an amenities person, they a free Happy Hour where they off free local beer on tap and local wines along with a charcuterie board your mom would be proud of. ...

「Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.」

「Upon arrival at 7:45, the front desk was not staffed. A number was listed on the counter to call for check-in. Once we entered the room, there was a vacuum hose laying on the floor next to the TV. The base of the TV had dust caked on it like it had not been cleaned for months. The room had a very old smell to it, which was not good for our asthma. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay there.」

「There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. 」
