Great experience

Based off of previous reviews I had no idea what to expect. We had a great stay! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We appreciate it being a dog friendly hotel and not having to pay insane dog fees. The place is currently under renovation. Employees were all very nice. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend. Can't beat the price!

Mid-Update

This hotel is under new ownership and undergoing renovations. The outside has clearly not been updated, we were concerned when we arrived. Our room has new paint and beds, minimal cheap furniture, and the bathroom furnishings are mid-upgrade. It was good enough for a one night stop and has potential. The room was clean, which is our priority.

This was recently purchased by a new owner. If you need a clean room with good A/C, a comfy bed, good shower and toilet at a great price then this is your place. If you’re looking for the Ritz this is not your place. Room had a frig but no microwave and some things are a bit dated. But it was clean, bug free and comfy. There was a microwave downstairs that you could use. All and all we were happy and it served the purpose.

Relax in Dowagiac.

A welcoming smile after a long day and a late check-in. Very helpful with local dining options. I will come back if the opportunity arises. A comfy bed with the basics ie Fridge and microwave .

This hotel was the only game in town so it had to work for many family members in town for a wedding. Quite a few people had problems with their keycards not working. Rooms were small but fairly clean. No insulation resulted in us hearing other guests throughout the night.
