「The jetted tub was nice, room was clean. Other than the finger nail polish on the toilet seat. The continental breakfast every morning was excellent.」

「The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.」

「The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. We really didn’t wanna go, but you had to cancel the reservation a week in advance and...

「Rooms were very clean along with the main hotel. Pool is small but decent and the gym is nice. Parking was ok and plentiful. Breakfast is simple - bread,bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages, oatmeal and diy waffles. There was always fresh coffee and hot water for tea and hot cocoa. My only con is someone was able to just come in through the front and was acting very erratic and not themselves.」

「The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. 「Negatives (though nitpicky) Elevator was slow, and the sink... Don't get me started lol. I could barely wash my hands it was so close to the edge of the bowl. The cleaning staff came in to our room way too early (8 freakin 30 man) before we were even close to checking out. Positives: Other than that it was a nice place, good breakfast, nice staff. Definitely would stay again even with the negatives.」
