「This was our third time staying here, and overall we really enjoy this hotel. The property is very nice, we love the pools and indoor/outdoor hot tub, and the rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately, this stay was a bit disappointing due to several housekeeping issues. After a day at the beach, the floors were never swept, so we continued to track and feel sand throughout the room for the remainder of our stay. 「The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.」
