The hotel room had no full length mirror which was very surprising and the ac was so loud it sounded like a motorcycle when it kicked on. The bathroom door had holes in it. The breakfast was very basic. But well stocked. We did love the balcony such a pretty view at sunset.」

「I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

「Parking lot is clustered with a restaurant. Currently remodeling. Traffic on the highway can sometimes be loud at night. Regardless, I really like the hotel and the direction the remodel is going. It was clean. No bugs!」

「I have stayed in several Tru by Hiltons… this one sits in a nice location..appearance is very nice.. the room was not as clean as it should of been… Staff were not friendly. Very disappointed this is one of my favorite places to stay. Would have looked for something else if I had not of had my grandkids with me! Note: I have never had this issue at any of the others! always TOP NOTCH!!」

「Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues. 1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work. 2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg.」
