「I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

「The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week. The hotel could’ve been more...

「Ok so the room was clean. The staff was nice. That's all the good. Hotel was dirty in general. The continental breakfast was some cereal, waffles, bread, no butter, and some yogurt. The juice machine was broken. My rooms door had been broken into at some point and they just glued a new door jam over top of the broken one, so it like somebody could just shoulder tackle the door and it would just break open. 「Parking lot is clustered with a restaurant. Currently remodeling. Traffic on the highway can sometimes be loud at night. Regardless, I really like the hotel and the direction the remodel is going. It was clean. No bugs!」
