「When checking in the type of room we had was going to be hard for 3 other people I was with to do stairs. Not only did they hunt me down to tell me they found the same type of room but with less stairs to climb. They are always there to help you with whatever problem comes up. Getting around is no problem since they have golf carts to take you to wherever you need to go.」

「The resort had nice rooms with good amenities. The check in and out Staff were pretty stiff and seemed not to be enjoying their jobs. No smiles at greetings or check out. The guys who drove us to our room was excellent and friendly. We counted over a 100 steps to carry our bags up to check out and it would of been nice to offer a ride back up the steep incline. The girl who check us out said it wasn't an option.」

「The property and feel of the facility is excellent. Everything is beautifully maintained. The staff in all facets is terrific. Housekeeping, food, front desk, the staff at the beach bar and the beach restaurants are extraordinary. Helpful, friendly, accommodating.」

「Do not stay here! Property is in shambles. Bar not open. Safe didnt work. Gave us another room, safe didnt work. Lobby furniture is dirty and carpets are worn and stained. Villa area is a home for ferrel cats. Pool area dirty. Looks like no repairs or upkeep since hurricane. Didn't feel safe walking the property. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site. 」

「Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.」

「We were greeted by Doug the owner. He helped us bring our bags to our room. Room was decorated nicely and had everything you would need. AC was excellent. Doug and his wife bought property about a year ago and you can tell they have put alot of thought into it. St. Croix is delightful..The Cove is a gem. Best of luck!!」

「We had a hard time locating the property, which was likely due to another car blocking the sign. The management was super helpful and once we found it, all was good! The property had everything we needed and we will definitely book here again!」

「This was our first all-inclusive experience and we were not disappointed. I wish that staff did a better job with clearing the sargasm, I also wish that there was more food availability besides the two options that were there. The coffee was honestly lacking flavor, but we drink it and we're happy to be in a place we had never been. Staff were very kind; additionally, I wish that room service was available for moments when we did not feel like getting up to go eat but would have liked to relax...
