「Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. 「The cove was definitely beautiful. The only thing they didn’t have like an actual bar where you can buy dreams or food nothing is really close by to this film. I was suggesting downtown. Everything was a little bit further out from this location. They had a very small pool, but the hotel itself was very low-key and cute but I just wish I would’ve booked something closer to downtown.」

「I’ve been going to St Croix for 12 years and need to advise that if you’re looking for a 5 star luxury hotel / resort; you’re on the wrong island; goto St Thomas. Hotels here are mainly historic / small, which keeps with the island. With that said I loved staying at this hotel. It’s 300 years old; very clean, in the heart of everything, just feet from the restaurants / shops / water. The manager is on site. 「We had an oceanfront view without the beach. Hot water issues in villas. Not much to do here, especially without a beach 」

「Housekeeping went in my room on my birthday and stole my items. Brand new shoes, a brand new tripod for my phone and my credit card. Front desk said they would check the cameras but I haven’t heard anything from them since if you go here please do not get housekeeping until you leave they will rob you then act like nothing is wrong.」
