「Clean room, beautiful views and area, owner/staff was very nice」

「We had a wonderful stay while visiting the area for UCI Downhill World Cup mountain bike races. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and Buck and Clea were excellent hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them and other guests as well. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. We’d love to come back. 」

「The property was very nice but there were no breakfast or lunch options for guests who stayed there during the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. 」

「We stayed at the”Blackhaus” January 19-23. The house was perfect for our 3 teenage boys and my wife and I. It is a bit off the road which offers serenity and peace. The house is well appointed and met all of our needs. It is located just about 8 minutes from whiteface ski resort and about 22 minutes to lake placid. I Will definitely stay here again. 」
