「The hotel was very welcoming to pets and very accommodating. But we had missed that we couldn’t leave pets alone which was our fault on their policy, which was no big deal. The staff was very helpful when we were waiting to get our room. 」

「Loading zone was used up by an employee. Had to pay $7 in a parking ramp just to access property to drop of luggage. Then at check in I was suspicious room was even cleaned. Cleaner was finishing vacuuming. I was TOLD the room was cleaned. LIE! Dried urine on floor by master bedroom. Even after they cleaned it had lingering smell, that they knew about. Dirt all over the floors, finger prints every where. Kitchen not wiped down. They came back and did clean some while I was there. Did find a hair...

「Beautiful location, but it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor area, late March. Still it's a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean. They gift shop was reasonably priced for a hotel gift shop. Now to a couple of notes that might help. These in no way reflect negatively on the staff. They were wonderful. We had the room next to the Ice/Vending machines, and that was really noisy from 9-11pm when people were getting ice and pop. The second night I used ear...

「This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood smeared across the door, there were yellow droplets on the ceiling that might have been mold, the backsplash hadn't been cleaned in several guests by the amount of toothpaste splatter. The room itself was ok, except for the dead bugs by the window, peeling paint chips all over the floor. When we went up to the restaurant to try to have lunch, we were told by 2 different staff the food would take at...

「We came to the hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub for a little spring break getaway. After 3 hour drive, we got there and was told the pool was closed for repair. It was too late to find new hotel so we just sat in the room watching tv. I really would have appreciated an email. I would have looked for something else. 」
