「The hotel staff were absolutely amazing especially a gentleman name Vern . He was so sweet to our toddler. He made our toddler’s first day so welcoming and usually my toddler does not hug strangers but there was something about him that our toddler was so comfortable with that he gave him three hugs in one night. Thank you Vern & thank you to the amazing staff. 」

「We had an issue with the heat staying at 80 the first night,it was quickly fixed the next day when we told the desk clerk. The breakfast ordered (no free breakfast offered)was delicious in the Lodge restaurant ,large helpings. The views were wonderful,bed comfortable, we appreciated the small sink , dishes, flatware,etc provided also .There was no elevator in our building so we had to carry up our luggage,etc 」

「Room was clean. Heard some walking from the neighbors above us. A couple of the doors need some attention. Our hotel room closed so hard and made a large noise when we fully closed it. Our bathroom door swung open on it's own and if we didn't fully open it when leaving the room, it would "fall" open and make a noise when it hit the wall. The breakfast area was very busy on the 2nd morning we were there and not enough sitting room for everyone. We ended up eating in the lobby area on a couch. 」
