Clean and quick check in process. Parking was conveniently located. Great location close to canal. Don’t eat breakfast upstairs terrible service. It’s scan QR code and order. The hotel says they have breakfast available but for three days they didn`t offer it because of staffing shortage. I always pick a hotel that offers breakfast so we can start out right and don`t have to scramble for something to eat. Very upset for the price of the room and couldn`t through with their promise of a meal available.

My daughter cut her foot on the chipping ac unit, and we were not able to use the bath tub for her to bath due to the plug mechanism was not reinstalled and was just sitting on the side of the tub. There was no continental breakfast and when I asked the staff for a different room or if we could get refunded, they said I would have to talk to Expedia since I booked through a third-party and I still have not heard anything. The elevators would not take you to the right floor.
