「Litter. Not all of the guests respect the area and leave their candy wrappers and breakfast bags for others to pick up. Not the Inn's fault, but maybe they could better encourage such respect. I appreciated the recycling containers.」

「Upon check in, I was sitting in a wheelchair and even though I made the reservation, the front desk girl did not converse with me when my husband went to the car to retrieve my purse. Once my husband came back, conversation was between my husband and the front desk girl. Not cool!! Check out was different. The front desk girl bent over backwards to get us out of our room. Super helpful. Allowed us to extend our checkout without charge. We also called the front desk when I was attempting to book...

「Pretty nice place! The only thing we didn’t like is how loud the showers are. We could hear them right through the walls. The shower floor was very dirty looking. Bathroom floor might have been just stained. Otherwise everything else was perfect and everyone was nice. 」

「Slow check in… not as fast as others. But front end lady was nice. Breakfast is very simple, wish there was hot items such as eggs, sausage, or bacon. Room is decent.」

「We were very upset as we picked this hotel had a small water park and the grandkids, we coming to see us and use the slide/ But the slide was closed as they had no one to watch it. It was more expensive compared to other hotels in the area and we were not happy. They did not offer any kind of refund or even a "We are sorry."」
