"The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but no dish soap for the sink or dishwasher. Parking was safe and easy to get from back to the hotel room. However, getting to the parking ramp from the hotel was terrible. Even though it's only a block, it's a big hill to walk up."

"The mansion was absolutely stunning and I LOVED being there! I was in the Thompson Suite so I was right by the front door, which was very convenient for me personally! The room itself was neat and tidy and comfortable. I will say I wasn’t even aware the room had a small fridge or a microwave but it does (It’s just in the dresser)! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be back!"

"Check in lady was less then friendly. Made you feel like you were bothering her. Didn't mention you have to use the room key to get on the elevator. Only after standing there for a bit and another couple staying there came to the elevator did we find out. They weren't told either. Hot breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Hot tub was luke warm not hot. Rooms were big with lots of room"
