「Paid directly to Expedia. Stayed only 12 hours. Fairfield processed the usually $50 per room for incidentals. But also processed an unexplained $66.70 and $66.70 plus the $50 incidentals per room and then issued some crazy tax emails. Anthony the manager advised to wait and it would all fall off. But tying up a total of nearly $600 for 12 hour stay during a family vacation is crazy. Other then a used glass of water that n the room (not from us) it was pretty clean and the staff was nice but I...

「Good location for birders visiting the Sax-Zim Bog 50 minutes away. No elevator for second floor rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection and presentation. Convenient to Miller Hill Mall and restaurants across the highway.」

「Elevators were not working. Never could get to the top to use the restaurant during restaurant hours. Had to go to main floor for water for the coffee makers. no vending machines on 3rd floor. The air conditioning in my room did not work the entire stay. No air circulation or cold air so stuffy. There were more vehicles that parking spaces. Serious upgrades needed for this hotel.」
