「Had ocean front view room and overlooking pools. Nice. Easy excess to beach.」

「This was our first time staying here and it was a good choice since we needed 2 bedrooms with a common living/dining area. Check in was ok but no one told us how to get into the parking garage across the street. So we try to get in the garage in the dark and couldn't access it. Had to call the hotel front desk from the gate with cars backed up behind us and ask how to get in and was told we needed to use our room card to tap a sensor on the gate. Would have saved us a lot of headache to have...

「First off I reserved and paid for my room thru expidia, when I arrived they said my room wasn't available, but they would upgrade me for the same price. They asked for my card to put a hold for incidentals. An hour later I looked at my register online and the hotel charged me for the upgraded room, so now I have paid twice. It was pulling teeth to get them to see their mistake and there is no phone number anywhere for expidia, I filed 2 complaints online thru expidia but still no call. Then...

「We were on the 2nd floor and it was so noisy. Slamming doors. Didn't know it was pretty much a floor for staff. Also someone had a dog that barked every night between 3-4am」

「We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The condo was clean and spacious. We had an incident where a group of teenage boys were harassing my daughter and niece. I told the front desk and security. There was no follow up with me afterward and we ran into the same group of people later that evening at the pool and they kept walking past back and forth trying to intimidate us because I told security. That is something to keep in mind when booking. Other guest can play loud music, harass you, smoke...

「The hotel is a little outdated but overall clean and in good condition. The lazy river and splash pads at the sister hotel were a lot of fun for my family. The biggest downside for me is they advertise that you have access to the sister facility fitness center and they would not allow us to utilize it. They should have had to uphold the usage of the fitness center due to false advertisement.」

「Location is great! Parking is a challenge! Beds very comfortable! Need more towel racks! Woman at the desk was not friendly!」

「Excellent stay. Clean and relaxing. Look forward to coming back」

「The kitchen is very small, the one sink is pitiful. No dustpan and a child’s broom to sweep that whole hotel room. The phones didn’t work. Had to use my cell and we called 3 times for maintenance to get blankets and room fix no one ever showed up. The front desk was rude every shift. They told us we would have to come get them if we wanted them unless we were willing to wait and still no one came. Pools are excellent but need cleaning. The pools times are awesome. I had to clean my bathroom...
