「I think the issues I had were specific to the exact day that I stayed on property. The line to check in was long due to system issues and there was no A/C in the lobby so it was very hot and nothing was being addressed to people waiting. When I checked in, their system to create room keys was down so we did not get a room key. The system stayed down for the remainder of my stay so I had to constantly ask to be let into my room. 「We have stayed at Compass Cove many times over the years . As always, the pools, hot tubs, etc were very clean and welcoming . The customer service this trip was terrible . Walking in upon arrival, I felt more like I was bothering the people instead of being welcomed to the facility (this has never happened before). Also, on the last morning of our stay, I called for washcloths at 7:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m, and finally had to walk over in person at 2:00 p.m. to receive them . This in my opinion is...

「We loved our stay! My daughter and I stayed for a week and have no complaints. The views of the Beach and Ocean were amazing. Lots of pillows on the bed. Loved the quick access to the beach especially for sunrise pictures and walks in the morning. The fridge was large enough to hold all our things. Lots of restaurants close by made it easy to walk to dinner. Staff was always friendly. There were games in the lobby we could play. I would recommend 100%」
