「Resort was great staff was great food options wasn't what I thought but overall it was a great stay」

「Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.」

「Upon arriving early around 12:15pm or so to check-in, we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until 3:00pm. We then were told to go get lunch and sightsee and leave our luggage in their luggage room that doesn’t have Camera surveillance inside the 2 back rooms this day and age where the luggage is stored. It has only 1 Surveillance Camera outside the entrance of the room but the door for the room is constantly open and all staff has access. We came back at 3:00pm to check-in and our room was...
