「Not bad, however receptionist was terrible」

「Property was ok, rooms are pretty run down.」

「The reason I gave 10s the Reception area are friendly and extremely helpful. Our room is clean. We extended our stay for another 10 days. Thank you.」

I was told that no manager was available until Monday. On Saturday I went back to the front desk and was told that this happens all...
