「Lovely hotel and managers are absolutely brilliant and accommodating with any help you may require. Housekeeping are also incredible. Lovely pools and restaurants. The sauna, jacuzzi area is a little bit dated and could do with revamping to match the rest of the hotel 」

「Vi har netop haft et vidunderligt ophold på Mandarin Oriental Muscat i hele 6 dage, og det overgik virkelig alle vores forventninger. Servicen var helt i top, og personalet var utrolig servicemindede og imødekommende - vi følte os virkelig velkomne hele vejen igennem vores ophold. Vi nød den lækre morgenmad i TwoThree58 Club, hvor der var et imponerende udvalg af retter. Om aftenen havde vi også fornøjelsen af at smage deres cocktails og canapéer, som var en skøn måde at afslutte dagen...

「Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. 」

「We had long weekend getaway as a couple and booked the beachfront villas. The villa is very spacious with a beautiful private pool and beach access. Breakfast was phenomonal. We prefered to stay in our villa most of the time but there were plenty of activities for the ones who want to be more active. Nice local and international dining options. The bay is private for Six senses and has a beautiful sunrise!」

However the constant music playing is not ok, it starts from early morning and continues into the night. Peace and quiet is needed, not background music the whole time. Start the music from 4pm. People getaway to relax and have quiet, the music is too invasive. Hotel itself otherwise is very comfortable.
