「Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Nachdem unsere Zimmernachbarn an die Wand geklopft hatten, hat das Hotel sofort reagiert und uns ein Upgrade auf eine Suite angeboten – ein wirklich zuvorkommender Service! Auf all unsere Wünsche wurde stets Rücksicht genommen, und wir haben uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der wunderschöne Strandbereich nur für Frauen sowie der erholsame SPA-Bereich, die beide zu einem sehr entspannten Aufenthalt...

「唯一的问题是离市区比较远，到酒店已经很晚，没有足够时间享受度假时光，算是美中不足吧。而且酒店附近的著名景点有限，只好再驱车赶回市区。」

「They gave us the room on the 7 floor. This room has a very good view in sunrise. It also supports all what I need. The only problem is that the air conditioner is noisy and really too cold.」

「Carpets in the room has not been vacummed for an extended period of time. The toilet had urine smell. The Hosuekeeping incharge Christine was informed of the circumstances and it was marginally rectified but Christine was neither apologetic about the shortcomings.」
