「My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! 」

「I was incredibly happy I chose this location. The suite that I stayed in is HUGE (far more space than I needed!), it was comfortable, and had easy access to the city. Most importantly, though, was the quality of the service. I interacted with three different representatives at the hotel, and all three were excellent and helpful. In fact, one gentleman hailed a cab for me to take to the airport and negotiated a good rate on my behalf. I would definitely recommend the Midan Hotel Suites.」

「Carpets in the room has not been vacummed for an extended period of time. The toilet had urine smell. The Hosuekeeping incharge Christine was informed of the circumstances and it was marginally rectified but Christine was neither apologetic about the shortcomings.」

「Place is in a good location, many accesable places near by to can spend some time, however its quite disappointing during my stay as the steam bath was under repair and its 1 of the main reason why i choose to stay in this hotel. Hence, all are excellent」

The area is very good; there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
