「Great hotel - got some minor issues in the room but the staff came around and fix it very quickly.」

「This used to be my favourite hotel in/around Muscat, but the price just far exceeds the value now. The pools are great; though unfortunately, despite being informed at check-in that we had access to all the pools, a significant section of the pool was in fact roped off. Because the staff at check-in did not inform/ask me if I wanted to put a credit card on file, the restaurant called my room at 8:30pm to inform that someone would come to my room immediately so I could pay for dinner (which I’d...

「With Sheraton a wonderful is always guaranteed. We had fantastic six days. The staff, was by far, the best part of it. Everyone was kind, helpful and always with a smile. Our daughter enjoying talking with them. The pool is awesome, breakfast was fresh and varied and the room is big and well maintained.」

「Exceptionally friendly and courteous and helpful clerk at the front desk Basic hotel with a necessary amenities and my room actually had a kitchen. Some decent restaurants next door, but it’s about a 40 minute walk or a five minute taxi ride to the waterfront. Overall a good budget option. There doesn’t seem to be any middle range properties here but there are lots of Western branded high-end resorts.」

「Good 👍」
