「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the...

「Dissatisfied about the fact that you are charging $25 to check in 1 hour early when room is all ready. We'd already paid $400 for the night as it is! We could see that for late check-out but not for check-in's. Yes, it's only $25 but it's the principle of the thing.」

「I booked a room at The Cleveland House for an overnight stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. Rick and Mel were welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Our room was nice and clean. There was a high occupancy, but we barely heard the other guests. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! We will be back!」
