「My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

「Great hotel, staff is very good for the most part. Russian guest assistant not too helpful though and lacks costumer service skills. Room is great, and fairly well maintained. Food and drinks are on highest level. Beach and pools are superb. Tower pub and restaurants have great entertainment and selection. Nightly events are very good and Mikonos club is great night time entertainment. Overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone can find something they would enjoy, including kids....
